The manager is lovely and very helpful. She offered us a separate room for my 19 year old daughter with such a good deal, as there was no family room available. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was included, it was really nice. The staff that served us breakfast was so kind and friendly. The kids really enjoyed playing in the game room they didn't complain at all. We also booked our Ferry with the hotel too which was really good. Thankyou x
